Note: It may take 2-4 business days for the carrier to update the tracking information in the system after you receive your shipping confirmation.
What is the shipping policy?
We want you to love your Ellvaro purchase! That's why we offer a 30-day return policy.
If you are not completely satisfied, you may return any unworn, unwashed item with original tags within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Please note: Final Sale items and intimate apparel (swimwear, lingerie) are not eligible for return.

How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, simply contact our Customer Care team via our page Start a Return with your order number and the reason for the return.
Our team will review your request and provide you with the correct return address and instructions within 24 hours.
Please do not send items back to the address on the package, as our returns center is located in a different facility.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Please allow 5-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not process direct exchanges.
All returns are handled as refunds according to our Return & Refund Policy. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
